For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals.

Appointments with us are subject to the following terms:

Bookings 

 

Bookings can be made via FRESHA booking site or contacting us on the following numbers

In order to confirm your appointment slot:

- You just need to reply to our reminder message via Whatsapp /

- Via FRESHA. FRESHA will take and hold your card on file to confirm but nothing will be deducted on your card.

We ask all clients to reply to our message or confirm on Fresha.

 Failure to do any of the following will mean that we have the right to cancel your appointment and offer your slot to other clients.

Cancellations and No Shows

​

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Please give us 6 hours notice if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

 

If Cancellations are made less than the required 6 Hours,  a fee of 30% of the appointment will be charged and 100% fee for not showing up.

All payment done online or via payment link will have an additional of 35dhs Fee
